Tax Status
Base Impact, Inc. is a Florida Not For Profit Corporation. We have filed Form 1023-EZ with the IRS to apply for recognition of tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Until that status is confirmed, donations are NOT tax-deductible.
Once approved, donations become tax-deductible retroactive to our formation date.

Grant applications are submitted under LifePointe Ministries' tax-exempt status, allowing us to receive tax-deductible grant funding while we complete our own 501(c)(3) application with the IRS.
Donor Privacy
We collect only the information needed to process your donation and send a receipt. We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment processing is handled by a secure third-party processor. This site does not store payment card information.
Donation Receipts
All donations will receive an electronic acknowledgment. Donations of $250 or more will receive a written tax acknowledgment via email for your records, as required by the IRS.
